By participating in this service, you agree to indemnify and hold NeutralAiz harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• (i) your voluntary provision of a mobile number that is not owned by you;
• (ii) your failure to promptly notify us of a change in your mobile number; or
• (iii) any violation of applicable laws, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

You warrant that you have the necessary right, power, and authority to agree to these terms. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
